QB Group LLC tradition began as a small general contracting firm focused on commercial, fast-food retail, and housing projects. Its reputation for reliability and client satisfaction fueled steady growth and a natural transition into Construction Management, allowing the company to take on larger, more complex projects.

As QB expanded, it evolved into QB Construction SE and later QB Construction Inc., diversifying into multiple sectors. This phase saw the development of robust QA/QC systems, multi-prime contracting expertise, and strong ties with suppliers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.

By the early 2000s, QB had earned a reputation for fast-track planning, efficient scheduling, and on-time delivery, leading to direct invitations for GC and PM roles. The company later entered Project Development and Design-Build, completing landmark ventures across Puerto Rico.

In 2013, QB Construction restructured into QB Group, LLC—an agile, modern organization built on decades of experience. Its legacy lives on through iconic projects that reflect excellence, innovation, and enduring client trust.
